sometimes, we find ourselves by getting lost

let's begin

"yesterday, i was so clever, so i wanted to change the world. today i am wise, so i am changing myself."

1. Schedule our first conversation!

When you contact me, the first thing we will do is  schedule a time to meet, either in person or over the phone. If you are local, my preference is in person (and I know you’ll love my “houseboat” office location on Lake Union!)

2. Meet with me!

We will meet for 30 minutes. I will want to know why you put yourself in the room with me, and what you hope to achieve from coaching at this point in your life. I’ll answer any questions you have for me, discuss how I like to work and what you can expect from me as your coach (and any logistics you want to know about). This initial conversation is time for us to determine if we want to work together, and is complimentary.

3. Create a plan!

I have found that clients who get the most traction generally meet for a minimum of 6-12 sessions meeting every 2-3 weeks. However, we may meet for a set number of times, or we may just meet for on the spot coaching when you need it. Together, we will explore the right pace for you and I’ll trust you to let me know if you are getting what you came for.

Julie Stringham’s great heart is matched by her skill as a coach. That’s why I asked her to join the faculty of SeattleCoach. I’ve seen her in action as she’s challenged and supported groups, teams and individuals. She walks the talk of a professional coach and I’m blessed to know her. You will be too.
